One of the most futuristic car parks, this project was designed and built as part of the Al Jahra Court Complex in Kuwait. The project holds a Guinness World Record for the ‘Largest Automated Parking Facility’ in the World.

The combined automated and conventional car park building is built on a 5,000 sqm.  plot.

The building comprises three basement levels, a ground floor and 19 upper levels offering parking for a total of 2,926 cars. While the 612 car parking spaces on the lower levels are conventional, the 14 levels above facilitate the world’s largest automated parking with 2,314 automated car parking spaces.
