Allen + Shariff provided MEP engineering services for the renovation of BURN by Rocky Patel, a 6,500 square foot cigar bar/lounge located at North Shore Place 1 in downtown Pittsburgh. The renovation included a walk-in humidor, main dining room, two V.I.P. areas, 30-seat bar, covered patio with a full-service drink station, nine televisions and a big screen for gameday. A state-of-art ventilation system was installed to ensure visitors would not be lost in a cloud of smoke.
