Allen + Shariff provided MEP engineering services for this $5.3M new construction project. The Mid-Atlantic Regional Spaceport (MARS) is a commercial space launch facility located at NASA’s Wallops Flight Facility.

The project received $96,000 in federal funding. The facility includes a 9,000 SF metal building with 5,000 SF of open bay / future storage space, 2,000 SF of ground floor office, lavatory, and lobby space. There is also 2,000 SF of elevated mezzanine containing a mechanical room and open storage.
