Allen + Shariff provided MEP/FP engineering design services for the renovation of the Rice Energy Headquarters building, a 150,000 square foot space located in the Southpointe II Business Park in Canonsburg, PA.  The interior floor layout included multiple modes of work styles in an open floor plan, and the design incorporated classic finishes in a contemporary application.

The project won the 2016 Electric League of Western PA, Excellence in Lighting Award.
