Allen + Shariff provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering design services for this 67,910 square foot, multi-tenant flex high-bay and office building located on 47th Street, formerly known as Lawrenceville Technology Center. Located on a 14-acre former industrial site, the project included robotics and office space renovation for advanced manufacturing companies. Tech Forge was designed to be energy efficient and flexible for a wide range of users.
