The project is a 3B+G+49 Mixed-use development consists of G+1 retail area, podium amenities, office tower and residential tower.

The design uses organic forms in the sloping of the towers towards the top, and in the shape of the masses in plan. Rounded corners predominate. The roof of the atrium is a smooth dune like form developing into a wave like a port cochere.
