Allen + Shariff performed MEP engineering design, LEED consulting, Energy Modeling and Prerequisite Commissioning services for West Lane, a 165,000 square foot residential project located in Bethesda, MD.

The new construction project consisted of a seven-story concrete building with a total of approximately 112 apartments, two below-grade garage levels, a lobby/reception/mailroom and amenity on the 1st level and additional indoor and outdoor amenity space located on the roof. The project is seeking LEED certification.
